EChO
EChO is a charitable organization that answers the call to feed the hungry and love our neighbors with basic and urgent needs to help them reach their full potential on their path to self-sufficiency.
Problem :
EChO (Evergreen Christian Outreach) was under new management, and the old logo was outdated and difficult to market. With plans for a building renovation, the new logo serves as a jumping-off point for new company wide branding.

Process / Solution :
The acronym EChO is what I used to reimagine the brand. After brainstorming about what a literal echo looks like, I chose to go with a water drop, symbolizing the ripple effect of the work Echo does with the community they serve and beyond. The three colors chosen are an homage to the town of Evergreen, where greens and natural hues are vibrant in the mountain air. The new logo, color palette, and branding offer a fresh new look that will help EChO communicate the services they provide to the community.
Progression: Starting with the idea of the ripple effect, I played with different textures and dimensions. The addition of a water droplet gave the design some movement and led to the finished product.
The rounded nature of the typeface calls back to the fluidity and curves of the logo, while the colors reflect the mountain community and its values. The final design cemented the impact EChO has on its' community.
